Austin starred for two years in the title role of Hamilton on Broadway and National Tour. He recently completed filming a principal role in Tyler Perry’s upcoming Netflix feature film A Jazzman’s Blues. Other credits include the world premiere of Douglas Carter Beane’s Hood at Dallas Theater Center, and guest starring on the television series “Pose” and “Sistas”.
